At LaBellePerfumes, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature scent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
